Prestige Leaf recognizes that investing in young people’s skills and education is essential for building resilient communities and supporting long-term social development. As an international tobacco company with a strong commitment to the regions where it operates, Prestige seeks to contribute to the development of future talent by creating opportunities that empower students to reach their full potential. This presented an opportunity to support higher education while fostering the next generation of skilled professionals and community leaders.

Prestige aimed to encourage academic achievement and promote youth skills development by providing long-term educational support to university students. The initiative was designed to help talented students continue their studies, strengthen their personal and professional development and reinforce the company’s commitment to investing in local communities.

To achieve this, Prestige established a scholarship program in partnership with Manisa Celal Bayar University in Manisa, Türkiye. Launched as a permanent initiative in 2022, the program provides scholarships to 17 university students each year. Through this long-term collaboration, Prestige supports students throughout their academic journey while contributing to the development of a skilled and educated workforce for the future.

Since becoming a permanent program, the initiative has provided consistent educational opportunities for 17 students annually, demonstrating Prestige’s sustained investment in youth development. Beyond supporting academic success, the program helps strengthen future skills, encourages students to pursue their educational ambitions and reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to fostering talent and contributing to the sustainable development of the local community.
